DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kali Moda. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please add a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery times. 

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Rates & Estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local (within the Western Cape)

1 - 3 working days

R 90

National (Outside the Western Cape)

3 - 4 working days

R 150

*FREE national delivery for orders over R1000*

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Rates & Estimates

Delivery charges will be calculated by total weight of your order and displayed at checkout.

Airmail - to nearest post office

2 - 3 weeks

Based on weight

Insurance of 40 SDR per parcel plus 4,50 SDR per kg is available for certain countries only.

EMS - door to door

4 - 7 working days

Based on weight

Insurance of 3% of item worth included for all countries.

*FREE international delivery for orders over R1500*

Transit times are only guidelines and are not guaranteed. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not transit days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Kali Moda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and are to be paid on receipt of order in foreign destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Kali Moda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Insurance of 3% of item worth is automatically added to orders where possible.
