What if my items are damaged or reject?
Our items are quality checked to the highest standards several times during the production process and again before they are dispatched. It is highly unlikely that you should receive a damaged or reject product. However please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged product and we will arrange for an exchange item at our cost. As all garments are knitwear, they are susceptible to nicks and snags when wearing. These snags can easily be pulled through to the reverse side of the garment, please do not cut the snags as this will unravel the knit! As with all knitwear, Kali Moda pieces should be handled with care, and washing instructions should be adhered to at all times.
What is the exchange/return policy?
It is important to us that you are happy with your Kali Moda item, and that you can return/exchange without hassle. However, since we do not carry large volumes of stock, we cannot guarantee that your preferred replacement item will be available. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will do our best to fulfill your request. If you are unhappy with your item and wish to return it, we will offer a full refund on the item price after inspection of the returned good. For national orders, the item must be returned within 14 working days from delivery date. The item must be returned secured in its original Kali Moda packaging and must be unused and undamaged, with tags present. Delivery cost is not refunded for a return, only item price. We offer one free exchange per order, delivery/collection is charged extra thereafter.
International returns/exchanges will be accepted at own cost of the customer.
How do I log an exchange/return?
Please contact us with your order details and whether you wish to log an exchange/return.
We will arrange collection from your door, and once your items have been received by us within the 14 day period and inspected, we will issue you with the exchanged item or refund. If upon inspection we find that the above conditions have not been adhered to, we will return the item to you.
Can I get a refund on sale items?
There are no returns or refunds available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale only. We will accept an exchange for size if within the Cape Town area. Please contact us at email@example.com to organise the exchange.
How do I update my details?
To update your personal details including your email address and mobile number, login to "My Account”, click on the "Account Settings” and enter your new details and press the ‘update’ button. You can change your address details, or add additional delivery addresses by clicking on the ‘manage addresses’ tab within the "My Account” section of the site. Please note: ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order.
